Actually, since you work in this area, any other suggestions as to how to remove grass from garden beds?

I can help, but, firstly do you know what kind of grass it is?

If you aren’t keen on poisons my suggestion would be to remove as far down as you can with a flat shovel and then lay cardboard, cardboard will suffocate it

Cardboard and plastic even better, but cardboard by itself if you remove it well enough will be ok
