Afternoon guys sane family
Haven't been around awhile again I find getting older is pretty hard on some of us physically takes a toll and mentally hard to stay positive I've been pretty good health wise when younger but then all of a sudden seem to get one thing after another in older yrs where sometimes you just want to give in
My saving grace is my youngest. 18yr old who still lives with me and needs me where his Autism and mental health issues as well has him 24/7 just stays in his room gaming and not able to live on his own so when I get really bad my mind manages to remind me of that so I try to snap out of the dark places we find ourselves in
I know I Don't say much on here cause of my social anxiety not good with communication and making friends but you guys keep me going as well I enjoy reading posts see how everyone is coping as we all have our ups n downs but then we have each other to pull us out of that pit when we need it
I'd like to thank my sane family members who help us through tough times, and I wish all of us, along with our new friends, a thoughtful and caring community.
