Same here @TAB i had to go back and check the weather last night. So a few days in the 30's. Just done resistance bands.  I can't remember if you do resistance bands, kettlebells or weights. Would love to go for a walk but having an ebb in energy

Warm here too...not that I've been outside yet! Maybe a storm later. I do love a good storm, but I find as I get older I get more worried about damage etc

lucky went to shop when I did, felt not too good on way home.think drink water and stay on lounge rest of day lol only 5 more days on high dose meds. going to have to get a repeat just to get thru first  week realised, ha . 6 tabs/day and only 30 in box ha ha lol

i finally got canes from supermarket to tie plants to. was getting weird about it, like people will stare at me at checkout, bla bla , was fine. lost count hm times walked past and thought oh I'll sneak in when early an no one here to get there ha ha. nuts

I've not been doing anything lately re exercises @Former-Member  I have a band thing somewhere. also got weights. did last night first time in like 4 months probs lol

no kettlebell, dont have. arms flabby losing weight. like cellulite lol

try  storm when 60ks wind and had some dude on pension take half roof off to get insulation in lol think he lost a couple screws lol. roof stayed on anyways lol, been a few bad winds since been here, but makes you wonder @StuF
