just got dressed here @Meowmy  lol had 100ml real coke to try and wake myself up ha . going to get mail. then try and do some study this afternoon. going to be 28 supposedly , cool inside tho as been cool nights and no hot days lol

I know @TAB especially with all this price gouging. But hey I used to be a checkout chick in the 80's and I think back then the profit margin was only a few cents. We had to enter everything manually back then (no scanners) and the lady that watched us girls like a hawk and she used to do something like just in time stock control so they knew the movement of products and how accurate our manual price entry was. It put us on the back foot! They really worked us hard!

yes in olden days small business owners werent rich , just well off, now its like their Right to be swimming in money. was an article in adelaide paper maybe 40 years ago when manufacturing was closing down here. a local chain was selling sheets made in china for 600% profit, there was a slight protest and everyone went on about their business lol @Former-Member

Hello @TAB my rose quartz crystal arrived in the mail as my other one went missing. Soaking my crystals in salt water for a few days for this weeks full moon which will be a doozy!  Had problems with my power meter today. The switch kept flicking off. Spoke to an electrician and was told to disconnect appliances and switch the power meter back on and see if it rectified the problem. So far so good. I thought my fridge had packed up and went through my invoices to see if I had buyer protection then I realised my computer was off in addition to another electric appliance so it was definitely something to do with the meter.

..usually means too many things running at once @Former-Member  re tripping . if i put microwave and kettle on together can do it. not always, but it can, or go for airfryer as well and its def going to happen lol
