Re: Best Friends Club

Hi @tyme @Marzey @rav3n @Glisten 💖. Just popping by and won’t be staying long. It’s been a crazy day, I didn’t sleep well last night because my brain was too energised and it was racing. My mind is still racing but not to the same extent, hopefully if I get enough sleep I’ll be better and come out of this irritable mood state.

I hope things ease up for you @Marzey 💖

I love mint, it’s so refreshing and helps with pain relief. I carry one of those minty sprays and use it when I feel my migraines are getting worse. I would probably say my favourite tea is a mix of matcha, saffron and ginger. I invented the mixture myself 😂. My ADHD brain seems to love Matcha and Saffron. I find ginger refreshing and soothing, it’s good for migraines and nausea.

Re: Best Friends Club

@Glisten I've got so many different varieties of mint.

I think my favourite is the lemon mint. You rub the leaves and it's so zesty and fresh.

@rav3n definitely give white hot choccy a go, you won't regret it lol

Re: Best Friends Club

@creative_writer hope you get some decent sleep tonight.

Thanks so much for all the suggestions. I love throwing things together too.

Re: Best Friends Club

Home grown fresh mint with lemon in iced water is delish on a hot day @Marzey

@creative_writer . Thanks for dropping by and sharing your knowledge about teas 🙂

Re: Best Friends Club

hiya @creative_writer nice seeing you too, hope you sleep well tonight 💜

completely forgot about ginger too!! so good.

Re: Best Friends Club

@Marzey @tyme I just love herbs, they make everything delicious and as a bonus they are high in antioxidants and have medicinal values. The real stuff tastes a lot better. I find using real ginger in tea more delicious than those tea bags. We have dried mint at home, I’ve been using it in food, I might also try it tea
