Oh I’m a psychotherapy lady ::
a long long time ago a guy in England called RD Laing used to get his clients to go tripping with him. His teachings on Schizophrenics was ground breaking. Forgot it all now.
sounds informative @Mustang67 @enjoy.

@Mustang67 i heard someone describe the 'trip' he went on struggling with P.T.S.D (veteran) and how the experience had him leave his trauma behind with The Light he met on his psychedelic journey.
He only ever used it once! Neither did he needed any further counselling. He literally picked up his sick bed and walked.
Impressive i remember thinking.
However i also heard of others, using it without medical supervision or proper supports, who end-up with a massive overload of trauma, for many hours, so instead of unloading their trauma they made things even worse.
These people were to scared to ever try it again [edited by moderator].
It is not without risks by the looks of it, but has a lot of success when done properly medically supervised.
Just hear say right!

@PeppyPatti yeah I have been talking to a guy on social media as he finds alternative therapies [edited by moderator] very helpful for his PTSD. But I think there are side effects if you use it long term.
