@Cuddlebear I have found that the Mental Health support is sadly lacking unless you are under 25 or a male FIFO worker. I once spoke to the Minister for Mental Health in WA about it and got absolutely nothing back.

Instead of the government spending $65 million on a new NRL team in WA they should be putting it toward mental health and dental. 

You are doing so well despite not having the support you need. How are you doing this week?

It's still warm here, I have a GP appointment on Monday and it's going to be 36. The air con in my car is not working so I am miffed about that, trying to save up to get it fixed.

Clearly I missed this last week haha @Mustang67 - it's the 'quote' function, at the top of the text box when you're writing your post should be quotation marks - 

Hitting it should automatically insert the full quote of the post you're replying to. I am sorry, not sure if the function is the same on mobile - but the three dots at the right hand side also expands the toolbar so if you see those on mobile it might be hidden behind there!
