Hello @Cuddlebear my sweet, how are you going beautiful? You truly are doing amazing sweet, i know it hasn't been easy for you with this medication tapering but I'm so proud of you for doing the best you can ❤️. I'm doing ok, the weekend was mostly quiet for me other than housework. I just had a phone appointment with my counsellor so I'm now chilling with Casper with my music playing and working on my puzzle ☺️.

@Dreamy I’m so glad you’ve had your counsellor back. I am really hoping that the sessions are beneficial and helpful. 

Thank you for being so understanding. This is tough. All I can do is my very best. It’s scary and I try to remind myself I’m strong but even strong people can feel scared and worried. 

I hope you are enjoying some nice music with Caspar and doing your puzzle. What type of puzzle are you doing?
