My daughter in her 40s lives alone and has been diagnosed with PTSD, OCD.

I am constantly concerned about her and my anxiety has increased over during COVID shut down as she refuses to see anyone. I mainly need support on coping with constant worry about her.

Thankyou. I've just been to the GP and got a mental health plan so I can make an appointment to see a therapist.It's nice to have this forum and know I am not alone
