Membership to the SANE Forums is only available to people located in Australia. Our ability to provide adequate and safe support to people outside Australia is limited due to health system and legislative differences.

If possible, please connect with your local community centre, doctor or hospital to find the best options for support in your country. Some options for international mental health forums are listed below. However SANE is not responsible for these websites and therefore does not endorse them. We encourage you to investigate for yourself if these communities are the right fit for you, or consult with a health professional.
