Him coming to the realisation he cannot help you ... is very different from things staying the same and you never being able to grow and heal. 

I have been devastated by blips in my health team.  Other people might not react so strongly, but it has been a rollercoaster for me. Guessing it was tied to my level of need.

Sketch out the things you would like to do with yourself and your time.  I love the saying about shooting for the stars and landing on the moon... the moon can be a beautiful mysterious place. ...

I have Catt team coming to my house to check on me and my safety 

The psych didn’t follow up properly on my care so I don’t have anyone to dispense my medications but hopefully the Catt team can fix it for me

There are advantages to choosing your own (another) gp @EternalFlower rather than only going through community mental health, altho if you feel its needed do that first.  

When I said blip and rollercoaster, I guess that is me reflecting on how I felt at the time (rollercoaster). Some of us simply are more sensitive.  I think it is good for me to look back and say blip... to describe these kind of events.  Trying to reframe my attitudes about a lot of things.
