Thanks for the update! Yeahh... coke's a bit addictive... I find that when I don't drink it for a while , then I don't crave it. But once I start, I feel I need it all the time.

I have to say, I haven't had one today yet. I had one yesterday though.

I'm imagining you in your clogs. So comfy!

you are not alone! do u drink the sugar free? someone on lifeline once said that its nice that i drink the sugar one lol at least something

i see a lot of clogs in opp shops (funkis brand sometimes, or zara) but they're always really small. These ones fit! I got them second hand and i have not worn shoes for the last 3 months.

literally slippers.

I was in some form of pyjamas or frumpy clothes and hopefully now i can be aware of the value of looking presentable. I'd like to get more clogs! They feel nice. I think Gorman sells some. Also loafers they have that are cute.

today was a day.

i am supported here with my social worker and a few friends atm

it is worrying sometimes going into the weekend and i dont always know how much to tell my friends

they know i was doing well and then i was feeling vulnerable and looking into a hospital admission

they proabbly are a bit shocked coz i was feeling well.

sure you have been there before @EternalFlower  what they think is up to them. prob best to try and not worry about it. as old saying goes, people that worry about what others saying about them would be surprised how little they were mentioned if they could hear what was said ..
