After suffering from debilitating anxiety plus many physical symptoms I found that the antidepressants I had been given for 5 years were contraindicated for me when I had the PGx test. I weaned off all medication and went the holistic route of diet , exercise and vitamins and all my symptoms both mental and physical have almost all gone.
