I need them as much as I wish I didn’t @Glisten. But they are my parents and that’s just what it is. I am their child I have to do and be who they want me to be

They are in their 70’s @Glisten so it’s coming to the time that they are

going to need me.

Im at work. Just getting ready to leave. 

I’ve had a massive fight with workshop. The blast crew supervisor was on my side though. 

My chest is sore from last night and a whole new anxiety attack is building. All the same symptoms.

Im not ok but I can’t vent as it’s not classed as recovery orientated. I need to get it out but I can’t here. Sometimes it’s just all too hard. So many thoughts running around. Telling me to do things.
