Yes you're doing ok with your walking again which is good! Its hard pushing yourself when its easy to get tired @TAB I know because I've been there. tbh i don't know how i got where i am now but thinking its not impossible especially when it seems hard. I used to use cheap resistance bands from kmart but I had a huge thick rubber one stored away which I bought off ebay thats in a loop and I can do a whole body workout easily. I do about 9 sequences which does not take long but feel really good afterwards.

Oh well you should be out of there quickly then @TAB hope its good news and the doc can do something for you! That would be good, some measure of reassurance.
@StuF @Meowmy @Glisten @greenpea good afternoon, was able to do everything today apart from making a fritatta. Had a bit of a lull so did Qigong this morning Wei Qi field feels stronger. Don't have to pay for QiGong course it was free online. YAY!
Just waiting for organic meat to be delivered. I only eat cheap cut mince but the meat is really nice. Can't afford expensive chops, racks, fillets or breast, i just stick with mince. I saw that mentioned elsewhere on a budgeting site a while back so must have the right idea!
I portion a kilo of mince into quarters so its not much per serve. Its a way to stay healthy and avoid centralised farming practices that inject meat with all kinds of stuff. The meat at the butchers and supermarkets seems so tough and rubbery last time I checked
