might do the same re yoghurt and vitamins @Meowmy hosp said 6 hr fast but they dont know still have weight loss meds in system which slows digestion. maybe do 12 hours, ha

just fed cat and did dishes @Meowmy had yoghurt.it was okay. only community co., so is edible not like Tamar Valley which is yum lol
beautiful bike @Bill16 a window maker though, a lot of power. one would need to be careful. very cool bike though.
