just realised appt is 15mins later than telling myself this morning.just hanging around another 10 mins or so. @Meowmy @StuF

okay , all done, got scripts as well, dropped off b4 went to physio, picked up after.also confirmed local aldi has no sauerkraut.. Wtaf ..

going to be 90 k trip to bigger foodland, well or drop in on one went go for interview again.Car drives like new. tyre was prob rubbish let alone mostly flat. getting tyres monday now. @Meowmy @StuF @Glisten @Bill16 @ENKELI @PeppiPatty @Oaktree 

going to have to remember towel next visit to gym, got a bit of a sweat up this time lol

@Glisten I completely agree with you. Being sick is the pits. There should be a law against the flu being allowed to infect us.
