@Bunniekins geez now that's a question and a half.

Well from all I've read, seen and what feels right to me, I have come to the following conclusion. Well there's the last few seconds where our mind shows us our life, from there as our life force / energy / soul / consciousness leaves the human vessel / body we can choose to ascend / return to the source / go to the after life. I was going to say heaven or hell, but that is our choice, I believe we will be with similiar souls, evil people will be with other evil people, good people will be with other good people, the old story of the law of attraction, what you put out you get back. You could also go and watch over loved ones,  haunt the person who took your life or did you a terrible wrong. Eventually you will make a new life contract, decide which souls you will be with in the next lifetime and what lessons you must learn to ascend even further on your journey to being an enlightened soul.

@Sparky79   you know that makes perfect sense.  i have always felt i was on a journey. can you explain dream visitations of people who have passed especially loved ones?  sorry with my shaky hand i cant do long posts and my hand is shaky atm.

@Bunniekins yes, but nothing cray cray, I've seen a lot of freaky stuff in my lifetime, I believe in what I call the light, a universal consciousness that has many faces, depending on which religion is what face is shown. I respect all religions especially the ones that teach love and compassion. Buddhism is one of my favourites in that respect. I meditate, wear crystals, do energy healing (who'd have thought a sparky being an energy healer), i haven't done any tea leaf reading for years, my ex fiancee used to do coffee cup reading, she freaked out when I could see the same messages in the cups from her readings she did.
