I have something for you which I use when my BP goes up.  It will bring it down.  Drink water while doing it - thats the guidelines from sapien medicine the creator of these audios.  You will feel better after several rounds of doing it.  You can drop a lot of blood pressure points 🙂

I was stressing plus hardly drank any water plus forgot some or all meds in morning @Former-Member  going to keep an eye on it it was ok last time. 
oh i like to imagine I usually 'up' for birthdays lol

Lack of water will make your blood thicker.  When I am due to have a blood draw I drink copious amounts of water so they can take a sample.  Forgetting to take meds makes me feel yuk.  I hope your day picks up @TAB
