@TAB Glad all went well for you, and that they are looking after you. I have been back at work for a while now. I thought it was just the adjustment period from my surgery, but it's lingered on. They think its a second injury, I think it was part of the initial injury, but it was overlooked by the Drs. If that makes sense? I'm working tomorrow and Saturday. I have my brother visiting next week. Have a good one Tab.

@Oaktree well done on all you’ve achieved today. Sounds like a very productive day for you. I hope you’ve won the lotto!
@TAB I hope you’ve had some good news regarding the specialist.
As for me, I did manage to get the rental property I looked at on Tuesday after being pre approved for it on Monday afternoon. It’s in regional Victoria- about 45 minutes away where I currently am living - but I’m looking forward to starting fresh somewhere new. I get the keys on 7/12 (hopefully if the current tenant moves out in time as they were meant to be out on 30/11 but have been delayed) and am eagerly awaiting to say goodbye to my current property with the mould and related problems. Let’s just say it’s going to be a very costly exercise for the landlord in relation to compensation money for myself and my housemate and in regards to all the hidden expenses of the renovations he’s going to have to do (stove not working, bathroom flooding, floorboards moving, toilet not the best, mould issues which make the place technically uninhabitable under current rental laws, etc). Onwards and upwards from here on in!
Have a great night!
Take care and stay safe!

Its ok for the short term, I see what happens around Easter. But if something comes up, I might take it. They offered me, to be trained to be a manager.

No need to be sorry. I didn't start the new job because I was afraid of the medical. The other job was at the Post office- and required a lot of movement with my hands. I'm still at Coles. @TAB
