Yes easy to use Prime .not so sure about quality.i got subtitles on movies that cant turn off.

Yes, house ok, be better w few more things tho but money not limitless. Recently ,after not doing anything for ages, i got kitchen cabinet and a lounge @EternalFlower   more insulation, a bath and more secure doors would be good
