Re: Best Friends Club

@Shaz51

*gives Shaz a big bear hug*

Long weekend was like usual weekend, nothing I did changed much.

Usual activities

Church wasn't entirely horrible and overwhelming this week so that's a win

I got some decent clearance stuff yesterday.

Chicken tikka masala for $1.60

Spinach and ricotta tortellini for the same price

Both able to be frozen.

My best friend is away for a little over a week and so I get to go over their place for 3 hours everyday just to turn the air con on for my cat.

I got a 1500 piece jigsaw puzzle for Christmas and so I'll do that everyday with the radio going.

Oh I fine to uni with no support unlike today. I'm starting fulltime Tafe but with advice from @avant-garde and @tyme iv gotten reports written up.

Got an appointment to say Im just unable to do 4 full days

Re: Best Friends Club

Hey @PeppyPatti, amazing that you are going to TAFE! I hope you really enjoy it 🙂

I have been studying at TAFE for 8 years now and most of the time it's been part-time due to my MH and then work commitments as well. I have an Equitable Learning Plan at my TAFE, which is a disability plan sometimes called different things depending on where you go. This allowed me to complete a full-time TAFE program part-time when it's not usually offered. From memory, I had a support letter from my doctor with my diagnosis and an interview with the Equitable Learning Service.

Best of luck with your appointment!'

Take care

Re: Best Friends Club

I don't think I'm bringing my watch back here again... It's not the old guy I trust fixing them anymore

Re: Best Friends Club

Yes I felt like this when Coles stopped making roast beef rolls and chips and gravy meals in town. Coles just became another supermarket. No morning cuppa tea sit down and have a nice cuppa and elderly ladies listening to your problems who were sitting next to you.
