Concerning your friend who you have been dating for 11 months and you wrote it's you who usually contacts him. Okay, I'm very sure that most will agree with me like @Jynx @tyme @Glisten @Oaktree @Shaz51 @rav3n @Jynx that your fine. He's met your parents.

You're living your life the best you can. Millions of people have written books on what you should do when you meet someone romantically - do this, do that.... There's even a book called "The Rules," which gives the rules of what to do about meeting a man/woman.

Your fine. Do what your doing. I'm proud of you.

Several years ago I had been single for a long time and my friend at work - I was working in a children's hospital urged me to buy the book ' the Rules," to meet someone. 

It didn't work for me.she followed it religiously but well, I couldn't. It was stupid.

My partner and I are going to see the woman who is marrying us on Saturday morning. iv already told her no hippy stuff...  Because she started raving on about all the colours of the earth around her like a wave of colours coming up to embrace her or some codswallop.
