some good, some notso re sleep @Meowmy  hope you slept okay. think nap in couple hours time. Just resting today.  cat has come and got fed, on bed now . might look whats on tv after play on computer.

was alot of pain after woke this morning , not so bad now. tooth still, which is worrying and stupid foot. guess rest, drink water, eat fruit and veg lol @Meowmy

it's a lot better now, thanks @Meowmy  was not feeling too good about life 90 mins ago lol

not done anything here yet, okay made a 'sausage roll'  have filot pastry in freezer first time ever, wrapped some cooked mince w onion in it sprayed with oil and put in air fryer  it went golden and was all crunchy and flaky . having 2nd coffee now lol

@TAB hello matey. I hope today is a good day for you. Just making a pot of tea. Got to go to the chemist again as I had a script fulfilled by doctor for another med. Both ran out around the same time. Will go there today.
