hope all sorted @Meowmy re bank. my trip did not go well. they claimed there was no appt at alc place and denied ringing me (i have records on phone) so had this woman lying to my face , so started to get upset, and she's like 'im not having an argument" ie telling me to shut up and saying I was lying/mad / made the appointment up in my head cos something wrong w me lol I just said thanks and walked out. and they get paid for that.
