Good evening @Jynx I hope your day has been pleasant. No I am not nervous about my surgery. My surgeon explained what he is going to do very well, and I trust him. i just want to get it done. And I also hope that my issues with swallowing and my food getting stuck is fixed. As I have been suffering with that issue since I had my lap band put in, back in 2007. By 2010, I had to have it removed, as it got the point that I could hardly eat anything without it coming back up. So even though the lap band is gone, I technically still have one, made up of the scar tissue at the point of the where band was, and it is so tight now, that I have a narrowing of the Oesophagus. The surgeon is going to try and stretch it first (which I have already had done once), but if that doesn't seem to be working, he will cut the scar tissue to release it from the outside of the Oesophagus. Which can now be done, since he will already be in my stomach cavity removing my gallbladder.
The paranormal shows that I am currently watching is Ghost Adventures. I started watching it a while ago, but then the TV app I used didn't have all the season. But i recently went on the 9 Now and in the Paranormal section it has season 16, and I haven't seen that one. But I love watching Paranormal Caught on Camera. It is amazing what people find on the home security cameras. Some of the creatures I have seen on there, really make you start to wonder how many things are in this world, that we don't know, and it seems like they just appeared out of nowhere. So are the arriving here through some type of portal.
I am so glad that I was asked about my recovery process after 6 years, as it did make be stop and think what I have achieved over those 6 years. And really it was a lot. I just need to find the person who asked me that question, so I can thank her, as it took all my anxiety, over what I thought was not achieving anything, away. And I am so grateful for that, as it had a possibility of starting me off on a downward spiral.
@Jynx I just asked google about the episode and this was its response. The "paranormal caught on camera" episode featuring a creature appearing on a road like magic is from the Season 9 premiere of the show, titled "Creature Appears on Arizona Road". The clip shows a driver on Route 66 who is startled by a creature that suddenly materializes in the middle of the road. I have been trying to find a video of it for you without any luck.
There was also another episode where a small child was playing on the floor in a kitchen, and you quickly see this fairy like thing run from under a table. If I find anything I will send them to you.

Do you think you’re stronger and wiser than 6 years before?
I was so upset, thinking that not much had changed over the 6 years and feeling like a failure, but by you asking me this question, i had to stop and think about it. And when I did, I realised that I had overcome some, what i thought was big obstacles, and I had learned so much.
This could have put me back in a downward spiral of depression, but because you asked this question, I realised that my thinking was wrong, and i had actually achieved a lot. This therefore improved my mood, and it no longer concerned me.
