I'm really struggling today I'm using drug and it's getting me down it's not doing my mental health any good I just don't now how to say no and no more Nikki I'm a better person then this I'm so upset and angry at myself I feel like knocking my head on a brick wall I need help but don't now how to ask any d

Thank you very much when I get like this I reach out to drugs I've done it all my life but the thing is I want to change little bit by bit my mental health isn't the best either
